Default What does everyone reccomend for fluids?

So just picked up a 95 F150, RCSB 4x4 Eddie Bauer edition for $500 bucks.

It's got 218xxx miles on it and I am SURE none of the fluids have ever been changed in the diffs, t-case, or trans. What does everyone recommend for these?

Dex/Merc ATF in the tranny and transfer case, 80w90 gear oil in the rear, 75w90 synthetic gear oil in the front.

Also, you have 4x4 do more than likely you have a limited slip diff in the rear and/or front. You'll need a bottle of friction modifier if they are.
