Truck lurching forward at stop

So my transmission has been slipping and started to get worse, I just moved it to a different spot in the driveway today and when I stopped before putting it in park I noticed it started to hop and try to lurch forward. Any idea what this can be??

Did the motor rpms jump around when truck was hopping?? Trany low on fluid?

Rpms stayed the same
