I have a 93 f150 2wd Lwb with the 300 4.9 in it and I want to swap the trans it's auto and I got a 4 speed basically Gave to me it's out of a 87 f350 7.3 4wd Lwb what all would I need to do to swap it out.. I plan on making mine 4wd some time soon

Hopefully someone will jump in with some exact information, but I'm thinking you're going to run into some issues there. I think basically you're thinking about swapping a transmission that controls itself into a system that has (at least some) electric transmission controls.
It could end up being more trouble and cost than you would save.
Now if somebody gave you the right transmission for your truck for free, then you'd be laughing.
