Default rough vibration between 40-55 mph

When I'm cruising at around 40-50 and barely accelerating my truck will vibrate almost like running over them wake up bumps. If a lift off accelerator it stops immediately or if I push the brake while driving it both feet on accelerator will down shift and stop then shifts in that low rpm range and starts again . If I floor it between 40 to 50 ill never fill it . I think its my torque converter. I checked u joints and drive shaft it seem to have no play. If anyone has had this issue and fixed it call me and explain what you did or responde on here 8632331894 is my #cell

Sounds by description that your transmission is hitting overdrive too soon and is getting strained. Is your engine a 5.0?
Look up overdrive shake in search and your likely find a better thread or fix. Sorry I can't be more help, my trucks shakes but not under thou's terms.

I have the same issue. 94 F-150 E4OD. I have pulled the codes, however nothing to show. I have a feeling it is a torque converter, however I want wanting to explore my options before I go down that road.

Have you changed spark plugs, wires, and distributor cap? I'd start there with the cheaper stuff.
