Default Rear end making a squeaky clicking noise

Hey yall! I have a 1994 Ford F150 with a 2WD automatic transmission and i got it about a month ago, i had the tires replaced almost a week ago and i have since then noticed a "squeaky clicking" noise coming from the rear end of my truck. it only occurs when i am accelerating down the road and gets faster as i go faster. I have not noticed any difficulty accelerating or the vehicle lagging. I dont know exactly where its coming from back there. I am questioning weather or not i need to change the gear oil because it didnt come with a maintenance log of any kind. but i dont think that will help the issue, any ideas?

Put the rear end up on a set of jack stands and put it in gear. Crawl under and see if you can pinpoint where it's coming from. If ti started right after you had the new tires put on then the lugnuts being tight is the first thing I'd check.
