Noisy throw out bearing

Noisy throw out bearing
I just installed a new clutch, pressure plate, slave cylinder, and throw out bearing in my 93' F-150. It all works well but the throw out bearing is noisy. Any ideas?

If everything is installed properly and the throwout bearing is noisy, the only fix is to replace the defective throwout bearing.
The throwout bearing only works when the clutch pedal is pushed down somewhat, an inch or so and all the way to the floor, is that when it is noisy? A bad pilot bearing could also make noise in the same manner, it probably wouldn't be as loud though.

Thanks, I also replaced the pilot bearing. I was concerned that I got the wrong pressure plate when I purchased it. Should the TOB only touch the pressure plate when the clutch petal is applied? Because it looks like the TOB is in in constant contact with the pressure plate.

Yes, the TOB should only touch the pressure plate when the clutch pedal is applied. It would be very close otherwise but not touching.
Clarify for us, when does the TOB make noise? The scenario I gave under #2, or the scenario 03Mach1 gave under #3? Then I will comment further.

I did some more investigation and found that the noise is there when the engine is running , clutch being engaged or not. I also looked at the TOB, while the engine was running and it does contact the pressure plate (just barely, with the clutch pedal up) but enough that it spins all the time. I cant tell if the noise is the TOB or the pilot bearing, either way I dont want to take it all apart again. Side note: The original clutch failure was caused by a mouse that made a nest in the bell housing and when I ran the truck the nest material got in behind the pressure plate fingers and it would engage completely. Thanks for helping.

As far as the pilot bearing. It doesn't spin when the clutch pedal is in the up position. I realize something isn't up to par here, but if the clutch disc and the input shaft of the transmission are turning at full speed with the engine, the pilot bearing isn't turning.
