Default Lifted 92 F150 Gear Question

I am in the process of having a 4" lift installed. I am putting 35" tires on after the install. What gears would you guys recommend? 4:10 or even lower? And if you happen to know what part numbers to complete the front and rear diffs that would be great. Thanks again
It is a 92 F150, 4x4, 5.0L long bed, automatic with the quad shock package.

4.10's will probably do it. Maybe even 4.56. Depends on your driving style. Check this:

It is going to be an absolute dog until you get those gears changed. Are you having a shop do the work?

Thanks for the info. I'm not doing it myself. I used to work in the Ford service department and one of the mechanics there will be doing it on the side at his house. He is doing the lift, exhaust, upper lower ball joints, all the ujoints, (axles and driveshaft), putting warn locker hubs, tierods, etc. I got the truck damn near for nothing and instead of buying a new truck I will throw more money than its worth in this truck and have no payment.
A lot more than you asked for but my fingers were just typing away. lol

If he hasn't actually done the work yet I would recommend getting the regearing on the front axle done while he is doing the ball joints - the spindle is already off and the axles are out so it would be the easiest time to do it. Would also recommend radius arm bushings and axle pivot bushings - they might be included with your lift kit.

Rockauto should have everything you need - might as well redo all the bearings, seals, etc. If you don't know what you need he should.

Thank you. I ordered 4:56 gears and parts today from Randy's. He hooked me up for the package deal front and back and gave military discount.
Yes, I have the bushings already for him.
