Default Injectors. Maybe? Yes? No?

Heeelllloooo again,

So there's this killer deal at Autozone for 21 lb/hr injectors online. They do not however, seem to sell 19 lb injectors which I would like to replace on my truck to get it running a bit better and cease the pinging. Before someones troubleshoots my pinging situation here's what's been done:

EGR valve and sensor has been replaced.
Vacuum lines all replaced.
Fuel Pressure Tested and checks out.
Seafoamed engine for carbon build up.
Injectors are the next thing on the list to be replaced. 26 years old... time for new ones?

So now for the question, can I scoop these up for a deal? Or do I have to go buy fresh 19 lb injectors for more expensive somewhere else? Does the MAP have to be re-calibrated? If so, how does one go about that? Anyone have any experience with 21 lb injectors? I know 24's are popular but not recommended. 21 didn't seem like so big of a jump it would affect it much or damage anything too critically. I even thought a bit of a bump would help the engine run a little richer, mine seems to run quite lean. Thanks!
