Default Help! 90' 300 I6 running issue after rain!

So I have an idea as to my issue, but wanted to get some opinions. My 90 300 6 5spd usually puts like a kitten, not sure on the miles, I bought truck 2nd hand and I've seen the odometer rollover once, showing 71k now. The issue I'm having is, anytime it rains, the truck will start fine, but when I go to drive, if I give her more then about 25% on the gas pedal, its wants to fall on its face and die, problem has gotten worse since I moved to Florida. It will spit sputter stumble, backfire, then after about 5 - 10 min it'll clear up and drive normal....moisture in the cap? Plugs & Wires? Any info would really help. Thanks in advance

Give it a good tuneup and fuel filter.

I had a 91 300 that had problems starting after rain, if I remember correctly I think it was a cracked distributor cap that was the problem.
