The clutches for my truck are not made by ford anymore so I am stuck with aftermarket. does anyone know of any good manufactures or brands they have used? Thanks! 96 f150 4.9 l6
I have the same truck 96 F150 4.9 Inline6 2wd 5speed. I replaced my clutch with Heavy Duty LUK parts.
LUK Flywheel
Pilot bearing
LUK Pressure Plate/Clutch Disk
LUK Slave Cylinder
Rear Mail Seal
And ended up replacing the Master Cylinder as well

Thank you so much! Looking to get it done soon. I was really uncertain about which slave cylinder to get I've had nothing but bad luck with aftermarket ones. What type of trans fluid did you use?
