Thanks, could possibly tell me whats wrong? Been trying to find images or something that would help me figure it out but having no luck.

It looks like you need a new throttle cable.

That's what I thought but I wasn't about to plop down $40 if I wasn't sure. To some that's not a lot of money but to me it is.

Go to the wreckers. Get a working one for $5. And you can practice taking it off.

As it turns out the throttle cable was not broke. All it was is the bracket came lose, didn't notice that til after I put the new (well new to me) in. So if this one does go bad I have a spare sitting behind the seat. Wish I would seen the actual problem sooner, but oh well.
