Differentials and top speed?
New to the Forum just registered last night. Been reading a lot of the posts. I'm a long time Ford owner but this is my first real 4X4 I've owned. It's a 1995 F150, 302, 5 speed (O/D) Mazda tranny. It has a 8" suspension lift and a 4" body lift and the tires are 35/12.5/15's. The door label says it's a 19 axle. I did the test marking the tire and the drive shaft and the ratio looks about 1 tire rotation to 3 drive shaft rotations. My top speed is about 55 to 60 MPH. I have another daily driver but I'd like to get to the woods a little faster.

frame lift? you mean suspension lift i presume.
12" of lift and only 35"??
Im not sure by the axle code what gears you have, but by your description you likely have 3.08. I would go for 4.56.

Sorry about that yes it's suspension lift. I picked it up with the lifts already installed and I had access to a new set of TA's. Plenty of room for bigger tires but not in my budget. It sits at about 34 inches at the bottom of the door
