So, I just got this 91





PO says he rebuilt the tranny and forgot to install the servo gasket. I drove it around, drives just fine. My question is, can I replace this in the truck, or does the trans need to come out? Leaks like crazy.

You can change it in the truck ok but usually the convertor is in the way. Sometimes you can sneak it out with the exhaust in place.

Yea, the exhaust is definitely in the way, but it looks broken loose recently and may fall enough out of the way. Thanks for the reply. My biggest concern was if there was enough room to slide it out up in there (exhaust aside). I appreciate it, thanks again.
