C-6 in a 92 to 96
While at the local U pull yard looking for a E4OD for my 95 I thought I seen a C-6 in a 92 to 96 F250,I am thinking about getting it and using it until I can find a E4OD. It had the sensor on the shift arm like the E4OD does so it looks like I could use it.

I have decided if I can not find a E40D by next week I am going to find a C-6 from a 250 or 350 and another rear end with 3.08 gears and call it done,people think those E4ODs are gold and the C-6 swap would be easier then going to a 5 speed plus if the C-6 needs rebuilt it will be way cheaper then the 2600 I was quoted to rebuild the E4OD.
