Default bad syncro?

On my Red 4x4 I have some issues getting into second gear. (5 speed). It always goes in but will catch and sometimes slightly grind. 3 sometimes feels like its got a very tiny grind to it as well but not noticeable. Does this mean my syncro is taking a crap on me? Or would a fluid change help. I've changed most the fluids already but haven't had time for trans fluid change yet. Also my clutch pedal is very difficult to push. My black trucks pedal isn't this difficult to push but it also doesn't always return to the top. Maybe its just this spring is less wore out but I don't think it should be this difficult. bites right where it should though sometimes when fully depressed and i try to put it in reverse it will grind.

Have you checked the fluid level in your clutch master cylinder? Don't forget to remove that rubber cup under the cap when checking or adding fluid(dot 3 brake fluid).
