Then again, I dont know much about your truck or your driving habits. Is that mileage calculation at 65 or just combined city/highway?
The 12mpg is combo city and highway. My truck is a regular cab, 302, auto, 4x2, 3.55 gears with 30's up front and 31's in the back (bought the truck that way and all 4 tires are brand new so no need to change them now) and I'm a pretty conservative driver.

Thanks, will have to look tomorrow night as it's raining here tonight and I don't feel like rolling around on the wet driveway.

Well, it turned out to be a dirty mass airflow sensor.

I'll keep an eye on my fuel mileage and see if it improves.

A couple of weeks ago after running it through the car wash:

I do have some of the typical rear wheel well rust and some on the drivers rocker panel, but the frame is excellent. Gotta do brake lines next, but that will wait until summer. Your truck looks nice!

Here's the extent of the wheel well and drivers rocker panel rust on my truck:

Passenger side rear wheel well:

And actually I just had my truck at the local garage to have the exhaust leaks fixed, new radius arm bushings done, and figure out the lean codes. When it was on the lift, he did notice that I do need to do the radiator support as well, so I'll likely get one from LMC and do it myself.
