Default 95 F150 vibration problems since rear end maintenance

I replaced the differential yoke, seal, and crushed collar on my 95 F150 and also removed the rear axles and inspected the wheel bearings for damage. I cinched down the pinion nut until the collar started to collapse and set the preload. No more leaks or movement from the differential but when I drive the truck it has quite a bit of vibration that smooths out at around 60 mph. There is no clinking or odd sounds coming from the rear end but I am wondering if I did something wrong on assembly or if it might be my tires
