Default 94 5.0 acts like no throttle then surges

I have a 94 f150 5.0 auto 4x4 126k when I stop at a light and take off its like I'm not giving it any fuel the sputters and takes off like normal sometimes it does it while driving any help appreciated. first post!

Fuel pump and filter at both been changed I miss the timing a little bit to see if it was time and related doesn't change a whole lot when it acts up it loses power and kind of Pops in the intake

Test the fuel pressure. Doesn't matter if it's a new pump.

I'll check it again now it seems that I'm missing fuel I've filled the front tank and after 130 miles im at 1/4 tank and my rear tank is bad and dripping fuel can fuel pump from one tank to the other

What you are describing is a failing or failed rear tank pump check valve, which can cause crossfilling of tanks, and loss of fuel pressure in the system.
