Default 93 f150 drivetrain fluid change, and what t case do I have?

When I swap out my trans and t case in my 93 f150 I want to replace all drivetrain fluids. What oil should I use in the front diff, and the rear? Rear end is factory 4.10 limited slip, and I'm not sure what I should use for the that? What should I use for the transfer case? I will be changing the transfer case fluid before I put my new( used) case in. How much do I need to put in the rear and front diffs, and the t case? I'm not sure what T case it is, all I know is it doesn't have the same shift pattern as my old 1356. My 1356 had all up and down, and my new one has 2/4 hi up, and to go to N or 4 Lo you have to move the shifter to the left and pull back. The case going into my truck is out of a 91 f150 with an e4od, which is also going in my 93 f150.
