Default 92 5.0 hesitates under load

As titles says, if I'm driving no matter light throttle or not it hesitates. I have a link to a video of the truck. I have replaced the tps and the distributor cap. The wires and plugs are good. It does have an egr code (code 33). If anyone can point me in the right direction to look I would appreciate it.

I had a similar problem with my '94 5.0..turns out one of the spark plugs had somehow worked itself loose...re-tightend and all good now...

Checked all plugs and they are all tight. Hmm still at a loss. I'm going to recheck some things then I'll let you guys know if I figured anything out.

An update fuel pressure is good and stays steady. Even when the rpms dip.

Check all the vacuum lines. Pop the EGR off and see if it's all gummed up. Does it run ok when cold but start hesitating when up to temp or does it hesitate no matter the engine temp?

Thanks for your guys input. Turned out to be a bad pick up coil (or the hall and effect). Replaced the distributor and now it's all good.

What brand distributor did you get?

I had to replace mine last year, purchased one from Summit Racing. I buy a lot of stuff from them since I'm close to their store south of Atlanta.

Wanted a new, instead of a rebuilt. Paid more for a new one, $180, but one year later, no issues.
