I have a 1995 Ford F150XL 4.9L Inline6 with air conditioning. I, too, need to replace my radiator due to a small, slow leak. Not only that, my fins are all crushed up over about 1/4 of the radiator.

Shopped big-name auto parts stores and Rock Auto. This one is the cheapest I've found as of yet: http://ebay.to/159KRTP It's only a one-row radiator, but I've read multiple posts on here that it shouldn't be any issue as the original radiator was one row. I never tow or haul anything other than my big ole butt - so I'm thinking the one row is going to be fine.

As far as installation goes, this guy changed out a radiator on a truck similar to ours. He has two parts, so look for the "Part2" video after watching the first one here:

And like others have said, replace your hoses with best quality you can find, replace pinch clamps with traditional hose clamps, and get a good-quality radiator cap as well. Good luck with it!
