Default 1995 Rear question(s)

Hello, first post and all that, looks like a nice place.
I recently aquired a 1995 short bed F150 4x4
Axle code is H9, so LS 3.55, I'm guessing. I understand that as far as it goes. Correct me anywhere I need correction.
Does this also mean it's an 8.8 rear? I want to buy a lube locker for it and drain it. Would the front be the same gasket? an 8.8?
My Jeep is easy, Dana 44's front and rear.
My last F150 was a 1997 2x4 wrecked in 2006, I was pissed at Ford for closing the VA Beach plant, so I bought a 2006 TJ to replace it, traded it for a 2008 JK, and still have that. Now I have this F150, and I've never owned an F150 4x4, so school me on what I need as far as a one piece gasket to drain these things.
I hate Permatex, so please, spare me.
Thanks for any knowledge.

rear is 8.8, front is dana 44. different gaskets.
the front is a pita to change due to the ttb front suspension. A popular mod is to drill and tap a plug on the bottom of the front diff. I did and it was pretty easy.
I have the lube locker gasket in the rear and its great. Dont forget to add the LS additive to the gear oil in the rear.

the 8.8 rear will be 3:55 (the letter H is for L/S), the D44 front will be 3:54 (in case you were interested). Close as they could get to a match, guess they figured it was close enough.

Felpro makes a rear gasket for your Ford rear diff. It is what I used. Be sure to use a torque wrench so as yo not over tighten the bolts and cause a compression leak.

Where do you get a Dana 44 front diff drain plug? Sounds like a wonderful mod for my truck. The last time I changed my front diff fluid, I simply sucked as much of it out as I could with a turkey baster and poured new fluid in.

Never could understand why they would not put a drain plug on differentials.

I used an oil pan drain plug from a Subaru that I had laying around (simply because it's a rather short and wide bolt) drilled and tapped a hole in the bottom of the pumpkin and used a gasket on the plug just to be safe.
