Truck pulls to the left when steering wheel is straight
I noticed this when I got my truck( 93 4x4), and noticed when I put my 33s on that I had a bad drivers side outer tie rod end. Haven't replaced the rod end yet, but would this cause the truck to pull? Couple shops said it was my steering wheel but I don't think so..

Worn tie rods can cause front end drift (pull to one side or the other, changing side also).
I agree I do not think your steering wheel is the problem, after you repair the front end and go to get an alignment tell them to set your "straight away" (I think that is what it is called) to center the steering wheel before they do the alignment
And don't forget when you changed tire size you can throw the alignment off some too
Hope this helps

Thanks. When my new rod ends get in and I take it to a shop to have it aligned I'll be sure to tell them to Centre the steering wheel first. Went with what I could afford...

check for anything else that needs replaced in front before going for alignment.
dont buy cheapo tie rods, they are false economy. cheapies can wear quickly sometimes and waste the alignment you pay for

I definetly didn't go for the cheapest. Cheapest were $3 each. $10 each isn't too bad but I do plan on replacing the entire steering system with moog eventually

I just have to say it. I have to. Sorry in advance.
You spent money on putting on 33" tires and cheaped out on the steering components because you couldn't afford better ones.
Even if you already had the 33's .... - but I know, they look good.
Just maybe sometimes you gotta put the horse before the cart. Safety and dependability first, appearances second.
I'm not really giving you a hard time, not really. We all have to learn this the hard way.
