Default Tell me this looks okay

1996 f150 xlt inline 6, full bed

First off, I am super novice to trucks. This is my first. Bought it cheap from a private seller for a work truck. My brother says my rear suspension looks bad, but I dunno. It drives and hasn't fallen apart yet.
Here are pics:

Left one from rear

Right one from rear

What ya think?
Thanks

Those look like aftermarket overload springs.....but not like the ones I've seen before. So long as it isn't loose and doesn't bind up when you hit a bump, I personally wouldng't worry about it.

If it does bother you, just have a set made. It's not cheap, but peace of mind usually is. Lol.

The over load springs look right

They look loose when unloaded and when pickup is loaded down they tighten up and do there job.

thanks folks. Yeah, I think he was freaking about the zip ties, though I just pointed out they were probably used during the install and are not holding them together. If how it drives is any message, it is doing fine.

They were used to keep the U-Bolt on top while tightening down...you can cut them off now if you want...
