sway bar end links
i recently traded for a 95 f150 with a 6 in lift on it. Ive recently had to replace the gear box on it as i blew a seal and had no right turn power. When I installed it I noticed 2 things. 1-the box is from a 250(is this normal for a 150 to have a 250 box) and 2-there are no "sway bar end links" on the truck. The spring cup has a bracket on it that is empty but is right above a stud on the axle. The drivers side bracket still has the old link attached, however its not connected to the stud. these brackets look like small curved rods with bushings on either end. Is there a end link for a lifted 95 or a bracket to lower it somehow, and is it worth my while to even mess with them.

Extended Sway bar end links??
Yes they are avaialable aftermarket:

If the vehicle is street driven more than 50% - I would recommend connecting them. The sway bar transfers weight to the IB tire during a turn and prevents some degree of body roll.

The bent one is for a 2WD according to the application description.
The OEM ones on my 91 2WD were bent....
My guess would be to maintain proper geometry with the lower ride height?

Gonna resurrect this thread really quick to see if anyone here has found answers. I have a 4" lift on my truck and I want to put the sway bar back on the front, (I threw it out when I lifted the truck). I'm going to pick-n-pull a new bar, bolt it on and take some measurements for the new end links. Any recommendations for the part, or lengths people have found to work? It's a rough-country 4" lift on my 1992 4 wheel drive.
