Default steering problem

ive had this truck 8 years and I have a problem that just started I cant figure out
Its not turning like it should ...Steering wheel straight tires straight I have 2 and 1/2 turns left 1 and 1/2 right ..
New steering box and same thing its clocked right ...could the steering pump be bad ? or what.... it steers hard right ...im clueless ive changed steering boxes with pitman arms that came on them from 3 donor trucks,, still same problem and they turned 2 to 2 when taking off ...no bent links or tie rods.......
Can a pump do this?

Pump does nothing but assist the resistance of turning.
Id look at the ball joints.

Or see if something is in the way of the end stop out at the steering knuckle.
But ball joints is a good place to look too.
