rear end sits higher than front end after leveling kit

I would add a leaf, if you toe fairly often it would do the existing springs some overdue back up. It may make the rear sit about an inch higher than the front, but it'll sit level when your pulling a trailer instead of sagging way lower than the front. Trucks are intended to be a tad higher in the back anyway. But it does look bad when it's. 3 or 4 inch difference. It'll still look good with the rear being an inch higher so a helper spring or add a leaf would be your best bet. Unless you want it to be perfectly level in which case blocks are the easiest way. If it needs to come up an inch buy 1 inch blocks, 1 1/8 inch? Buy 1 1/2 and shave them down. Personally I'd recommend leafs to blocks.
