Default New Shocks and Minor Lift

I was searching online for an affordable way to lift my truck a few more inches to put bigger tires on. I saw the bilstein 5100 adjustable shocks (up to 2.5") and was wondering if anyone had any experience with these. I've searched on other forums to see what other people have said. Couldn't make up my mind so I decided to ask yall. I was also possibly looking to put a 3" body lift on. With the combination, does anyone have any idea what size tire I could fit? If possible I was looking to stuff 33's under. Links for both are below. Any help is appreciated!

Normally you can fit 33 s under a stock 4x4 with no rubbing or maybe minor tubing. If you want to level it get some obs f250 2wd coils and swap them in up front, cheap and easy. Should lift the front a couple inches.

You would also need adjustable top ball joint bushings.

I appreciate that. I later found out the shocks won't fit my truck. I think the only make them for 2004 and up. I will look into that and probably put them on.

Also, would I need to replace the shock already installed? I know it's only a small space in between but better safe than sorry

I did the F250 springs with 33x12.50's and the regular shocks were fine. No issues with brake lines or alignment, either. They do rub the radius arms on tight turns (pulling in and out of parking spots) if you're not careful, but some aftermarket wheels with correct backspacing would fix that. I just like the stock wheels. Oh, and it also barely nicks the bumper on the drivers side when you back up and have the wheel turned at just the right angle. I think I can adjust the bumper without trimming, but haven't gotten around to it. Only does it on rare occasions, but something to watch out for.

Moog 844 are the 3/4 ton springs. Got 32/1150's under my 2wd. Rub on the radius arm, but like broncojunkie said, I like the stock wheels.
