maybe a dumb question but...
Hey guys! I'll apologize up front for asking what may be a dumb question but how else will I know if I don't ask, right? So here goes...
I have a 1995 F150 with just over 306,000 miles on it. I had a question about spindles: aside from having some sort of traumatic event that would cause serious physical damage to a spindle, is there ever a need to change them out? Do they wear down over time as a result of use?

Okay, thanks!! That's what I needed to know. And you are right... they aren't cheap (which makes me happy that I don't have to change them)!
