Mine has about 2500 miles on the lift and about 7 months on them and so far no sagging. I dont mind a body lift. I just hate the gaps between the bumper and body so I would have to make brackets. But will I need to lengthen the steering shaft or the shifting levers? (Manual truck)

If you get a body lift from say Performance Accessories as that's where I got mine from, then it should come with a steering shaft extension along with front bumper brackets to raise it up. For a manual truck, I've seen most everyone just cut a notch towards the bottom off the hole that's there for the lever already so that it allows the lever to move all of the way down like factory.

Okay so with the hole your talking about that is just in the floor pan right? So the stick can go into each gear fully?

Default thanks

Thanks everyone for the great information. I was thinking about doing a 6in suspension lift with 3inch body.

I have a 6" RC lift going on come spring. To dang cold to do it now in an unheated garage. Here's my questions.

-Can I also do 2" level pucks in front with my lift?
-What kinda of problems will I run into?
-Can I use the shocks that came in the kit for the front or do I need 8" over stock shocks?
-Will it be level or will the front be higher then the back?

I have a 6in rc lift and have 2in coil spacers in front and f250 springs in the rear. Back still sits up alittle higher but so far no problems. It's been on for about 4-5months.
