250 parts won't work. They need to come off an 8.8" rear end. PM me, I'll mail you some. 12 pack of beer and shipping.
The 12 pack is for the trouble of digging out the pieces and putting them in a box - etc.

I believe you will find the actuator arm and spreader bar on just about any Ford car or 1/2 ton truck with drum brakes from about 1955 up

I went to one of the only local junkyards and took the parts off of a later model f150 (1998-2000?) they look a little different and don't seem to work. All the cables are hooked up but when the pedal is depressed I can still turn the drums fairly easily by hand. I'm fairly certain I have the right length cables, I'm going to try and just connect one side and see if the cables retract enough to at least get one side right. If that doesn't work.....what kind of beer do you like?
