Default Caliper to brake hose leaking

Never had this problem before. Just replaced calipers and pads on the front of my 1996 and can't get the caliper to brake hose to seal. Tried the old copper washers and new copper washers and it still leaks. Any suggestions.

Are you sure you are using the proper copper washers for that application? I had that problem once on some brakes on an old truck. I used JB weld and let it dry to solve my problem. I later learned I was probably using copper washers for a different job.

That shouldn't be happening obviously. If they're new calipers (and not faulty at the sealing surface, your line must be in rough shape - maybe time for a new one if you can't get it cleaned up enough to seal.
2 clean flat mating surfaces with a copper washer should seal instantly. Either the line or the caliper are junk. Probably want to do whatever you have to (parts wise) to make it seal properly the normal way now so you don't have to worry about if it's ok for months or years to come.

Replaced all of the above plus new front brake hoses and crush washers. Still leaking, pulled new calipers off and exchanged them. Installed exchanged calipers with new crush washers at the caliper to brake hose and still leaking at the brake hose to caliper. WTF ??
I have installed many calipers and this one has me stumped ! Any suggestions, Thanks
