I'm going to have to break and remove one of the hard line fittings to my front calipers to change the hoses due to a previous owner mangling it. I'd like to know what the right size is, any of you guys know?

Should be standard 3/16 brake line. You can buy it already made up in different lengths. The standard fitting they come with should work on the front.

I didn't realize it was just a crossover line going from the drivers side to the passenger on the front. I ended up cutting the hard line and pulling it off a parts f350 at the shop. Then I swapped all my brake hoses, installed new pads and shoes and bread the system.
