Hello how do I figure out if my 95 f150 v8 5.0 l has anti lock breaks or not ?

I need rotars for the truck and I need to know this to purchase

Probably don't have it on the front, but the way to tell would be to look and see if there is an electrical connection running to the front wheel. If there is only the brake hose, you don't have ABS. Most of these trucks only have rear ABS.
