Is the truck on a lift kit? when ever i had this issue it was a loose drop down bracket and bad tie rod ends. those are a few things i can suggest. I ended up having to rebuild the entire front end on my truck so hopefully you wont have to do the same

I had that issue with my 94 when I purchased it. It would be fine until I hit a small bump and then it would start bouncing like crazy for a good 5-7 seconds afterwards. A new set of shocks fixed it. The previous set were cheap ones from Auto Zone. The Motorcraft shocks made it buttery smooth.

The shocks on my truck all say Motorcraft on them. Now I'm sure they're outsourced like everything else, but they're still Motorcraft.
