Default 94 4x4, changing rotors and pads, do I need to do bearings too?

My rotors are shot! They need replacing as do the pads. Considering that the bearings are in the hub and the hub will be moved to the new rotors, do they still be to be replaced? They're Timken, look in good condition. Can I just clean/repack since everything is in the hub and not the rotor? Thanks.

If they look good with no pits or scratches in the rollers or races; repack and reuse. With proper maintence, wheel bearings almost never wear out.
