Default 93 Lightning or XLT rear drum to disc brake conversion

Tired of the old hum drums...ready to upgrade to discs.
Anyone happen to know axle assembly specs(total length) of 93-95 XLT or Lightning? Or is there a disc equipped rear assemble you might recommend (from say an Explorer or the like) that I might locate in salvage yard?

thanks.

None of our trucks came with rear disc brakes and there are no other model Fords that will bolt on. The kit above is the most straightforward conversion option you have.

Qdeezie;
thanks for the gouge brother...
I spied a number of 2005+ Explorers that run stock discs but the axle assembly specs would require to many alterations to properly do the job. BTW, track width for 93 Gen1 Lightning is ~63.5" Additionally was looking at Crown Vic assemblies as an option, which still may work, but the bolt on conversion kit should work just fine. Seems as though most kits only sport a single pistoned caliper...and cheesy 11" rotors? But its hard to beat a new solution under $400! Thanks again for your time and consideration. Semper Fi. Kriz

Wilwood makes nice conversion kit (drum to disc with Pbrake adaptation). The kit I am after sports drilled & slotted rotors, painted rotors & 4 piston calipers....runs ~$1200.prior to purchase...confirm axle flange offset precise measurements!
