Default 93 F150 4x4 2.5 in lift 33 in tires

Goin down the road at about 40 mph or hit a bump the front passanger tire bounces up n down. As soon as u hit the brake n slow down to about 20 mph it stops. Ive replaced both stabilizer bars, spindle bearing, shocks, ball joints, and wheel bearings. Anybody have any ideas? Keep in mind its a 93 and the previous owners' didnt change anything besides putting a rough country lift on it.

How old are suspension bushings? check and make sure everything is tight as well as the alignment cams being identical. What you are experiencing sounds like death wobble on my jeep and cummins, but being your axles aren't one, you could in theory experience it one side, make sure that side is aligned properly still

could be that tire as well check for any abnormal wear or if cupping, separating, if you cant tell take it to a tire shop and have them put it on a balancer and watch it spin or if you don't want to spend any money just rotate the back tire up and see if that stops it
