92 f150 4x4 5.0. When i bought my truck it had 3" blocks and coil spacers, but rides terrible due to alignment. I know it neees the axle drop brackets. I am purchasing the rough country 6" suspension lift that has the drop brackets included. If i also put a 3" body lift what else would i need to change?

The 6" lift includes radius arm drop brackets, axle drop brackets, shocks, coils, and add leafs. Im new to the f150s and what else im missing from both the suspension lift and body lift.

You may need some MOOG adjustable upper ball joint bushings and possibly some longer brake (flex) lines.
If you do a body lift you may have to figure out your bumpers yourself, unless the kit comes with brackets.

Thanks. Was thinking that would be an easy way to gain 9" of lift. Hope that doesnt look to bad with my 33s.

You be the judge. Opinions around here were that the 33's made it look like a giraffe.

Personally, I wouldn't think you want to go more than 6" with 33's
