1993 rear breaks smoking
Rear breaks lock up as they please.. e brake checked. All new Parts in hubs. Rubber line on rear end new. Abs and break light on at same time as it pleases. ....any insight? Frustrated

I know the abs and brake light come on together if your fluid gets low ... so, it makes me wonder if it's a master cylinder problem.
Other than that you seem to have covered everything else other than the RABS unit on the frame. I'd think one of those 2 - if of course the rear brakes are installed correctly and the drums are round.
