Default unburnt fuel coming out of tailpipe on 94 5.8

1st time posting. Could really use some help. I have a 94 5.8 that is pumping raw gas out the tailpipe. I have changed cap,rotor,wires,plugs,O2 sen, computer, pressure reg,injectors.still didn't change.Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.
