Default Truck stalling

I have a 1996 centurion 150 with a 351. It will start and idle for hours, but once you run it and it warms up it will stall. I have replaced 2 TPS and checked simple things like tranny fluid for a locked up torque converter. I'm a 16 year old kid who has a common knowledge but no major experience. It had a brand new MSD distributor when I bought it, so I ruled out that but I could be wrong. I have three codes, two being for bank 1 and 2 running rich and a third for a MAF. Could a bad MAF cause this? I know ignition control modules are known to go out as well on this trucks, but it will start cold without hesitation. Also after it runs it has a hard time starting and will give a couple long slow turnovers before it fires. I figured a simple starter replacement hear. If anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.
