Have an 88 F150 with 302 efi automatic transmission I bought a 89 302 efi engine from a truck that was manual transmission what should i look for when swapping out i notic my wireing harness on my 88 and on the 89 engine was different so i swap out wireing harness

Don't think there's much if any difference there. If you 88 harness plugged in to all the same things with no plugs or sensors left over, you should be good.
