swapping from 351 to 302 ho

I have An 88 Lariat With A 351 And It Is Wore Out And I Have A 302 Ho Out Of A 89 Mustang What Will I Need To Go With It When I Swap motors

take 5.0, strip to long block. get a truck 5.0 oil pan, intake put on.

put all truck dress and wiring harness on it. swap in.

you'll miss the torque of the 351W

my Poor Old 351W Don't Have Much Torque To Miss,And Why Would I Have To Change Intakes There Basically The Same right

different deck heights. intakes are different widths and the upper to lowers ports are different between the 2

I Have A Complete5.0 Ho Motor With The Ho Intake Could I Not Just Set The Complet Motor In And Wire It up
