I gotta 91 302 and when you take off it has no power off the line then all of a sudden it will put you back in the seat and on the top end it surges like hell. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas what my problem might be. Thanks for any help.

Then tend to roar at redline... these trucks unfortunately dont do well street racing!

Mine did the same thing i advanced the timing and it solved the problem, and gave me better gas mileage. She flies off the line now.
