SD to mass swap 5.8l e40d
I have a 94 f150 with a e40d and a 5.8l and I found a 96 with a 5.8l and e40d. I am wondering if I take the harness and computer out of the 96 I should be able to wrap that into my 94 with little issue??? Is there anything that I would need to do to make this happen

Computer and harness for sure would have to go, might need other things from the 96 because it is ODB2 and your truck is ODB1.
