Default rough idle when very cold

I have a 2000 F150 with a 5.4. When it gets down around or below 32 deg. the idle is very rough. Once I'm traveling at highway speed its ok. On very cold days even when the engine gets up to temp. it runs rough at stop lights. It also has 189K miles on it. Any helpful ideas ?
