Hello fellow F150 Forum members.

I heard the sound in the following video the other day and i was wondering if this is something that i should worry about or is it okay and normal for it to squeak like it is doing my money is on NO but i figured that someone else might have had the same issue and a quick or easy fix for it. Thanks in advance.

It's a belt noise.

Yep, most likely a belt noise. However, I've found idler pulley bearings sound like that when they're going out.
