Motor sitting with no oil

I'm looking at a 1996 f250 with 460 in it , the guy says it's bin sitting for wile with no oil in it . For few years . Is this motor screwed or still good ?

Put in oil, pull coil wire, crank for a bit to circulate some oil, then put the coil wire back on and start it up.
