Knock sensor swap

I have a '91 5.0L with bad knock sensor. Looked everywhere to find replacement to no avail. Will KS from later model or other engines/brands work? Dead in the water at the moment.

Found them on ebay.. I'm pretty sure they are interchangeable..

Thanks. Ordered one--from China. Now get to wait 3-5 weeks to see if it works. Slow boat.
